Job Description
The Solutions Lead will lead enterprise solution discovery and definition, translating client challenges into end-to-end AI solution architectures spanning speech-to-text, LLM reasoning engines, agentic AI orchestration, APIs, and enterprise backend systems.
The role will drive solution architecture for multi-client and multi-sector deployments, ensuring designs are reusable, scalable, and optimised across performance, cost, latency, reliability, and data sovereignty constraints.
The Solutions Lead will provide deep technical leadership on mobile telephony and call-based delivery, including PSTN, SIP, IVR, call routing, and contact-centre workflows, enabling AI systems where the phone call itself becomes the primary interface.
The role will actively participate in infrastructure planning and optimisation, including management of on-premise GPU environments and hybrid compute setups, ensuring that inference workloads, latency requirements, and service availability targets are met efficiently.
The Solutions Lead will lead deployment strategy across offline, online, and hybrid environments, working closely with client IT, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable rollouts.
The role will guide the application of LLM reasoning and agentic AI within enterprise workflows, including intent interpretation, conversational context management, tool and API invocation, decision logic, and escalation pathways.
The Solutions Lead will provide technical leadership during client workshops, architecture reviews, deployment planning, and post-deployment optimisation, ensuring solutions consistently transition from pilot to production.
The role will own solution performance and success metrics, including containment rate, intent accuracy, latency, cultural acceptance, infrastructure utilisation efficiency, and operational stability, driving continuous improvement over time.
What makes you fit the profile?
Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture, systems integration, or technical consulting roles, preferably within telecommunication industry, enterprise, or large-scale service delivery environments.
Deep understanding of mobile telephony infrastructure and call-centre operations, including how AI systems integrate into real-time voice workflows
Working knowledge of on-premise and hybrid infrastructure environments, including GPU-based systems used for AI inference and optimisation.
Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of large language models, agentic AI, API-based architectures, and system orchestration in production environments.
Proven ability to design and deploy solutions across on-premise, private cloud, and hybrid infrastructures, with a clear understanding of data sovereignty and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior enterprise leadership.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
Experience working in emerging markets or low-resource contexts is a strong advantage.
